Thank you for shopping with Tica Fashions! We are committed to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping policy below.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
  • During high-volume periods, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–3 business days (if available)
  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days (if available)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

Shipping Delays

Tica Fashions is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions
  • Carrier service interruptions
  • Customs processing
  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
  • Other circumstances beyond our control

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided, please contact us immediately at ieloeen@yahoo.com. While we will do our best to make changes before shipment, we cannot guarantee modifications once an order has been processed.

Additional shipping charges may apply for returned or re-shipped packages.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Tica Fashions is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly and notify us at ieloeen@yahoo.com so we can assist you.

International Orders

For international shipments, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country.

Tica Fashions is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.
