At Tica Fashions, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn't right, we'll make it right — please review our policy below before requesting a return.

Return Request Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. Requests made after 14 days cannot be accepted.

To start a return, email us at ieloeen@yahoo.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply within 1–2 business days with instructions.

Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds: Approved returns are refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of our receiving and inspecting the item.

Exchanges: Prefer a different size? Let us know in your return email and we'll arrange an exchange where stock allows.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange:

- Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
- All original tags must be attached
- Items must be free of stains, odors, makeup, perfume, or damage
- Proof of purchase (order number) is required

Return Shipping

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Please use a tracked shipping service and keep your receipt until your refund is issued.
- Email your tracking number to ieloeen@yahoo.com once your return ships.

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

- Gift cards
- Bodysuits, swimwear, lingerie, or intimate items
- Customized or special-order items
