Return & Exchange Policy

At Tika Fashion, we want you to love your purchase. Please review our policy carefully before making a return request.

Return Request Window

Customers must notify Tika Fashion within 48 hours of receiving their order if they wish to return an item. Requests made after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.

Exchange & Store Credit Only

We do not offer cash refunds.

Approved returns will receive store credit only in the form of a digital gift card. Gift cards are valid for 90 days from the date issued.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Items must be free of stains, odors, makeup, perfume, or damage
  • Proof of purchase is required

Return Shipping Instructions

Customers are responsible for returning items using certified shipping with a tracking number.

Once your return is shipped, you must email your tracking number to:

Returns sent without tracking information will not be processed.

Inspection & Approval Process

Once your return is received, Tika Fashion will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return requirements.

If approved, we will contact you and issue your store credit gift card immediately via email.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Tika Fashion is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed return packages during transit. We strongly recommend keeping your shipping receipt and tracking information for your records.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Bodysuits, swimwear, lingerie, or intimate items
  • Customized or special-order items
  • Beauty or personal care products

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours so we can review and resolve the issue promptly.
